Farm Fit classes combine low-skill, high yield functional movements and metabolic conditioning bouts, designed to build strength, fitness and stamina. Whether you’re looking to improve your conditioning, add strength to your running regime, boost your metabolism, or simply looking for a total body workout, FARMFIT has you covered.

Yard Work

Yard Work classes combine low-skill, high yield functional movements and metabolic conditioning bouts, designed to build strength, fitness and stamina. Whether you’re looking to improve your conditioning, add strength to your running regime, boost your metabolism, or simply looking for a total body workout, Yard Work has you covered.

ENGINE

A 30-40 minute cardio based class programmed around building your engine, with a more endurance style work rate. Usually completed as a pair, please note this is a more advanced class and a good base level of fitness is advised.

FARMFIT KIDS

Your kids can look forward to pushing, pulling, climbing, dragging, jumping and running all in an exhilarating outdoor environment. Teaming up with other kids, your child will learn the fundamentals of functional fitness, along with the importance of teamwork, honing the ability to support one another, whilst always having someone there to support them!

Team Engine

A high-energy, cardio focused class that will boost your fitness levels and torch some serious calories. Finish the week strong and head into the weekend feeling energised. Team Engine brings our community together every Friday evening to test and showcase your grit, toughness and team work

Saturday Sweat

Kick start your weekend with our original Farm Fit yard class. Embrace the great outdoors on your Saturday morning, improve your fitness levels and increase your movement abilities whilst working in a team.

HYROX

Our Hyrox training class focuses on pacing, technique and cardio endurance, catering to individuals seeking to improve their fitness levels.

Participants will gain insights on pacing strategies for navigating through the different functional workout stations and running segments, ensuring peak performance during the competition.

Whether you’re a seasoned athlete, new to fitness competitions or just looking to try something new. All abilities are welcome for a fun morning of fitness.

RECONNECT

Join a 60-minute class led by a seasoned coach with expertise in cold immersion, breath work, and yoga.

Dynamic Stretching (15 minutes):
Start with yoga-inspired stretches to boost mobility, and circulation, and prepare your body.

Breath work (15 minutes):
Learn focused breathing techniques to calm your mind, energise your body, and build resilience.

Contrast Therapy (30 minutes)- Optional
Alternate between ice baths and sauna sessions to reduce inflammation, improve circulation, and enhance mental clarity.

This class is perfect for anyone seeking recovery, resilience, and mindfulness.

RUN Club

Start your Sunday with fresh air, good company, and a run from the farm. Whether you’re after a relaxed social jog fuelled by coffee or looking to build your running capacity and fitness, our Run Club has something for you.

All abilities welcome. Run, refuel with coffee and post-workout refreshments, and enjoy the community at the farm.
