FARMFIT
FARMFIT classes combine simple, effective functional movements with metabolic conditioning to help you move well and improve all-round fitness. Built around a progressive training programme, sessions are designed to gradually develop strength, stamina, mobility, and overall conditioning over time, making them suitable for all fitness levels. Whether you’re looking to enhance your running performance, increase strength, boost your metabolism, or enjoy a full-body workout, FARMFIT has you covered.
Yard Work
YARDWORK classes take place in the great outdoors on the farm in our dedicated yard training area, combining low-skill, high-yield functional movements with metabolic conditioning designed to build strength, fitness, and stamina.
Experience a unique style of training in the fresh air and open space of the farm while building endurance, improving overall conditioning, and challenging your body through effective full-body workouts in a motivating group environment.
ENGINE
FARMFIT KIDS
Your kids can look forward to pushing, pulling, climbing, dragging, jumping and running all in an exhilarating outdoor environment. Teaming up with other kids, your child will learn the fundamentals of functional fitness, along with the importance of teamwork, honing the ability to support one another, whilst always having someone there to support them!
Team Engine
A high-energy, cardio-focused class designed to boost fitness, burn calories, and finish your week on a high. Team Engine brings the community together every Friday evening for a fun, challenging workout that builds endurance, teamwork, and resilience — leaving you energised for the weekend ahead.
Saturday Sweat
Saturday Sweat is our original outdoor team-based functional workout designed to kickstart your weekend with energy. Train in the fresh air, improve your fitness and movement, and take on challenging workouts alongside the team in a fun and motivating environment.
HYROX
Our HYROX classes combine running and functional training to build endurance, strength, and overall fitness in a motivating group environment. With two sessions running each week, you’ll improve pacing, station skills, technique, and cardio fitness through challenging but accessible HYROX-inspired workouts.
Whether you’re training for an event, chasing a PB, or just looking to try something new, all fitness levels are welcome.
RECONNECT
Join a 60-minute class led by a seasoned coach with expertise in cold immersion, breath work, and yoga.
Dynamic Stretching (15 minutes):
Start with yoga-inspired stretches to boost mobility, and circulation, and prepare your body.
Breath work (15 minutes):
Learn focused breathing techniques to calm your mind, energise your body, and build resilience.
Contrast Therapy (30 minutes)- Optional
Alternate between ice baths and sauna sessions to reduce inflammation, improve circulation, and enhance mental clarity.
This class is perfect for anyone seeking recovery, resilience, and mindfulness.

RUN Club
Start your Sunday with fresh air, good company, and a run from the farm. Whether you’re after a relaxed social jog fuelled by coffee or looking to build your running capacity and fitness, our Run Club has something for you.
All abilities welcome. Run, refuel with coffee and post-workout refreshments, and enjoy the community at the farm.
